The following information has been compiled to try and give club members an idea of what is going to happen throughout the coming year. Although we have attempted to give dates where we can, it will be inevitable that some shows or events do change, for whatever reason.

It was discussed at a recent Committee Meeting about the lack of support for the last Badwell Ash Trial (7 vehicles) and the Team Challenge (1 team).

People put a lot of work into preparing events and to have them so under-subscribed as they recently have, is unacceptable.

To this end we have launched a new area on the club forum which will hopefully help to combat small numbers at our events titled 'Event Pre-Booking'. (Click for new page)

If you are not already a member of our club forum, please take the time to register. (Click for new page) Then follow the 'New Members' guide to obtain access to the 'SLROC Members Only' areas (contact Admin with real name and club membership number).

If as a result, we then don't reach an acceptable level of entrants then the event may be cancelled, at the organisers discretion.
